Perspectives on home equity
Investing in your home is often one of the best investments you can make -- it’s your major asset and the only one (for most people) over which you have total control. It’s like owning the company that you’re investing in. That said, not all home improvements are created equal.

In the wake of GameStop, bitcoin and other market bumps, when and how can markets be manipulated—and, significantly, are these intentional impacts or simply market dynamics?

The house always wins
Democratization of trading is a good thing in the sense of equitable access, but people who jump in through frenzies like GameStop don’t necessarily understand the risks of market timing and other fundamentals.

Pricing impact on housing, stocks and SPACs
